  • Would I have to purchase my own lights?
    No, We use OUR lights and maintain them through the season. You pay for an All-inclusive service; Material, Set-up, Maintenance, Take-down, and Storage are all included in your quote!
  • Is takedown included with the payment?
    Yes! We offer an All-Inclusive Service; Material, Set up, Maintenance, Take Down, and Storage are all included in your project!
  • What kind of lights do you use?
    We only work with LED lights. We believe incandescent (glass) lights cause too many problems, so we save all of us the stress and stick to the best option.
  • Will I be able to keep my lights If I decide to part ways from Illumigreat?
    No, The lights will still be OURS and we'll sadly take our lights and leave :’(
  • What's the earliest I can get my lights set up?
    Right Now! We will have early bird discounts going on so contact us soon to get a discount.
  • Can I customize my design?
    Of Course! We encourage you to let your creativity run wild with your design. Check out some of our other projects to get inspiration.
  • Can I book before winter?
    Definitely! We offer a variety of colors to fit your needs. Whether it's Christmas, Easter, Halloween, or a birthday, We will find a color to go perfectly with your event.
  • Will my price change in the following years?
    Like with everything, prices will change due to inflation and demand. If you're one of our loyal customers you shouldn't see a drastic change in your price.
  • Would I have to give a down-payment?
    Yes, to reserve your project date, we will require a 50% down payment, the balance is due upon installation.
